Description: The world famous Mindil Beach Sunset Markets has over 200 stalls with a diverse range of products, indigenous and bush art to hand made soaps and didgeridoos. If you shop well you'll find some bargains but mostly its just your rip-off tourist stuff. There are nearly sixty food stalls from over thirty different countries, there is something to eat for everyone, the food is good and doesn‘t cost to much. Wheeling through the market your mouth will be watering with all the different smells. Kick back as the sun sets and watch as a variety of people stroll past. It is a spectacular setting to be entertained by buskers, performing artists and live bands. In the peak of the tourist season it is very busy, attracting 10,000-15,000 people per week. It is well worth doing, just make sure you get there early, a must on the Territory to do list.

Facilities:
Parking, disabled toilets, food, stalls.

Where is it?:

Time to visit:
Mindil is open from May-October. Thursday 5pm-10pm. Sunday 4pm-9pm.
